Study on the Bearing Capacity of Steel Formwork Concrete Columns

Steel formworks are widely used in prefabricated buildings thanks to their good characteristics. With the rapid development of engineering construction China, steel formwork concrete structures, characterized by convenient construction, seismic performance, and high strength, expected be more extensively applied practice. However, bearing capacity different forms is still unclear. Two columns with internal diaphragm styles were set up for axial compression tests investigate performance columns. This study conducts monotonic static loading on six tube column specimens performs finite element analysis taking thickness, rebar diameter, style as influencing parameters.
